LUCAS LIMITED

Lucas Limited is a general partnership comprised of Richley, Inc., a California corporation owned by the Richard C. Dunn family and Jodu, Inc., a California corporation owned by the Joseph C. Dunn family.

Lucas Limited was formerly known as Charles Dunn Company, a California Partnership operating as a full service real estate brokerage and property management firm.

Today, Lucas Limited is in the asset management business, overseeing investments in a national real estate portfolio. The real estate holdings include retail, office, industrial, and land and are owned in part by Dunn family entities and others.

The Dunn family has been in the real estate business several generations, carrying on a family tradition started over 100 years ago by their Irish immigrant grandfather/great grandfather Matt Conway, and expanded by their father/grandfather Charles Dunn.

JOELL PARTNERS

Joell Partners is a California Limited Liability Company that owns and invests in commercial real estate. Michael J. Dunn is the managing member of Joell Partners.

The partnership currently holds investments in a real estate portfolio consisting of office, retail, industrial, residential and land investments.

NAPA HOLDINGS, LLC

Napa Holdings, LLC is a California Limited Liability Company that owns and invests in commerical real estate.

Napa Holdings, LLC currently holds investment positions in properties consisting of office, industrial and retail property. Joseph C. Dunn and Michael J. Dunn are the co-managing members of Napa Holdings, LLC.

PADICK PARTNERS

Padick Partners is a California Limited Liability Company that owns and invests in commercial real estate. The partnership currently holds investments in a real estate portfolio consisting of office, retail, industrial, residential and land investments. Theresa M. Dunn is the managing member of Padick Partners.

GRANDPADICK PARTNERS

Grandpadick Partners is a California general partnership that owns and invests in commercial real estate.

Grandpadick Partners currently holds investment positions in properties consisting of office, retail and industrial property types. Theresa M. Dunn is the manager of Grandpadick Partners.
